Welly is an excellent agent and showed great professionalism. As a first home buyer, he has been very helpful and guided me throughout the process. When I had any concerns, he provided me with the information I needed, and also managed to get the seller to fix issues that were raised during the Building and Pest Inspection clause. He was very accommodating to my schedule and gave me access to the property multiple times, which I needed for planning of minor renovations and measuring of dimensions for furnishing.
