They keep us informed with regular payment advice, monthly statements and conduct the inspections on time. They are extremely easy to work with. They look after both our needs as the landlords and those of the tenants. The result being we have satisfied tenants who now have been renting our premises for 5 years.

I have a couple of properties spread around Brisbane area with different agents. The one managed by Little is the least hassle from my point of view. Sure there are maintenance issues from time to tome but Little have always taken sensible steps and kept me informed. They are responsive to email. I presume the tenants are happy since they stay on. They are comfortable enough to put in requests for work.

Little Real Estate - Kallangur have been managing my 2 investment properties in Dakabin and Morayfield since 2016. I've been through maybe 3-4 property managers in that time but they've all consistently been professional, friendly, responsive, communicative, and helpful. Despite the changes in staff, the transitions have been smooth and I haven't felt the need to look elsewhere for property management.
