It was a quick sale and he negotiated up the initial bid. Ended with one of the top prices for that type of property. Provided good advice on how to present the property

The best agent

After talking to a few real estate agents we knew Brendan was the right person to sell our house. From the beginning of meeting him he was super friendly and easy going. He knew our complex and area really well. Brendan was eaay to contact and always would return of calls and messages quickly. He was able to get our house photograph online and sold less than a week.
