Alex Telegin is the GOLD STANDARD in real estate - he was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and helped us understand the process we were going through - which was particularly great as 'selling a house' is not always as 'easy/smooth' as one would expect - and that is when you WANT/NEED someone like Alex by your side. Alex actually found us at a point where we were going through some turbulent time with our old agent. Alex stepped up to the plate, helped us through a troubling situation and rebuilt our trust/faith in the real estate business. We spent a lot of time with Alex and had a lot of contact with him - he was always keeping us updated with where we were in the process, what he was doing to sell our property, how talks were going with buyers, feedback on the property and results of inspections etc etc - we were never left wondering and always felt like we were in the 'loop'. Alex put a lot of work into selling our property and we were very impressed with how he operated and what he was able to achieve for us - the sale of our property was much more difficult than everyone originally expected, took longer than expected and although we ended up around 70k under the original Cronis estimate we were very happy with the effort Alex put in and the determination he showed through the whole process.
