From the very first meeting, Rita was impressive. With 55 years of experience in sales and marketing, I have a very fine tuned antenna that faults and records false microscopic failures or pretences from other people's attitudes. If that is not a detective enough tool, I had my wife with me. She is infallible. We immediately felt comfortable and receptive with our first discussion and looked forward to any opportunity to have further discussions with Rita as the sale progressed for the next 6 months. Both parties were caught in this crazy Covid atmosphere during this time that kept throwing unpredictable highs and lows on the housing market. It wasn't easy.
