I can't recommend Rita enough, she has clearly been working in the industry for a long time so brings to the table this knowledge. Rita maintains a high level of professionalism in all areas when selling a home, and her communication with us throughout the selling process was extremely thorough. Working with Rita to sell my home was unexpectedly easy compared to my prior experience. She always took my opinion in mind when I expressed it, reported back continuously so I was kept completely in the loop, and her cheerful disposition was infectious. Rita is an expert at building rapport with people. My tenants commented how much they liked her which is a testament to her professional yet highly likable personality. And she has a sincerity which doesn't make you feel like you're being persuaded or cajoled into doing something (which I thought was ideal to put prospective buyers at ease). If you're looking for a real estate agent who will sell your home in a timely manner, with a result that you're satisfied with, I can't recommend Rita enough.
