We were very satisfied with our experience using Coulsen Co to sell our home. Michael had very detailed knowledge of the market trends and great strategies to work with the current market in order to get the best result for our sale. He was super easy to work with, very helpful and friendly. One negative would just be that there were a few things missed along the way (I.e our "coming soon" and "for sale" signs were not put up until after our home opens) but we still ended up with a great result!

The whole selling experience with Trent was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very helpful, and always available to answer my questions. Nothing was a problem for him, and his communication throughout the process was perfect. He contacted me every couple of days to touch base, even when there was not much to report. This is particularly important in my opinion, as there is nothing worse than sitting for days on end, not knowing what is going on, and feeling forgotten. I would highly recommend Trent to anyone when thinking of selling their property.
