We were very satisfied with our experience using Coulsen Co to sell our home. Michael had very detailed knowledge of the market trends and great strategies to work with the current market in order to get the best result for our sale. He was super easy to work with, very helpful and friendly. One negative would just be that there were a few things missed along the way (I.e our "coming soon" and "for sale" signs were not put up until after our home opens) but we still ended up with a great result!

Michael was excellent to deal with and achieved a really great result for us. I couldn’t have had a better person to sell our property. I would recommend him to anybody thinking of selling their property.

Coulson has been the PM for 10 years and when selling the property Michael had pre qualified people looking to purchase investment properties. This made the sale easy and seamless process, settlement was completed in 30 days.

It was great experience buying from Coulson. Michael helped us complete the process online, without us being on site when we were sitting at Sydney. He showed us house through video call and organised inspection. Will definitely buy another property with him in future.

I've had a great experience with Michael Agency from start to finish. I bought my home through them, had it managed as a rental, and eventually sold it with their help. Throughout every stage, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. During the sale process, they exceeded my expectations and secured a higher offer than I anticipated. Couldn't be happier—100% recommend!

Trent listened to what we wanted/ expected and provided sound advice with a clear understanding of the area and its housing market. Trent was always available to take our calls / reply to my messages and provided accurate, timely advice. Trent managed to secure us a price above what we expected, after only one home open, and continued to advocate for us with the buyer right up until settlement We wouldn't hesitate recommending Trent to anyone looking to sell in the Kwinana area.

The whole selling experience with Trent was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very helpful, and always available to answer my questions. Nothing was a problem for him, and his communication throughout the process was perfect. He contacted me every couple of days to touch base, even when there was not much to report. This is particularly important in my opinion, as there is nothing worse than sitting for days on end, not knowing what is going on, and feeling forgotten. I would highly recommend Trent to anyone when thinking of selling their property.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable within our area. Michael was extremely professional, and made the whole experience very smooth and easy for us. Michael went above and beyond for us. We managed to have our house under offer after just one home opening, and we received more than we expected. I would definitely recommend Michael and his team if you are looking at selling, buying or looking for a rental.
