I’ve been looking for a house for couple of months I went to the first home open where I met Michael and I didn’t like the house But he had a couple of houses that were actually not launched yet I told him what I was looking for he showed me this house in Parmelia Which was perfect for my budget and what I was looking for I immediately put a offer in he called to sellers why I was at his office and locked in the deal always keep me informed of the progress all the way through I only had one Hiccup at the end the banks were taken ages to do the final approval which he got me a couple extra days to get it over the line I’m now moved in and renovated half of it I couldn’t of asked for a better house I highly recommend Michael if you’re looking to buy or sell his knowledge and skills are standing
