Lauren has been good however I would have expected to meet up post sale.As far as Coulson and Co go I'm afraid I couldn't reccomend them.Far to many unanswered phone calls and unreturned messages which i know have lost your vendors money. I know cos I would have paid more if you just answered.Even the office phone goes unanswered to the point I had to send a facebook message to find out what was going on.Good to buy from but I would sell with a more available agency.

After a long and lengthy, exhaustive search, and many conversations with variable agents, and agencies for a house for our Son and his new family, we bumped into Michael Coulson, quite plainly Michael took away the B^#@@#$ and everything was simple, straight to the point and extremely transparent, what was taking everybody weeks, took Michael 3 Days, also Michael recommended a settlement agent that has been outstanding, and ahead of settlement date, the ducks were all in a row, well done to all.
