Michael met us at the property and was very professional, knowledgeable with the local market and confident in his ability to sell our property. If I want to sell, I sell through a guy who sells the most in the area. If I want to buy, I buy from a guy who has many properties in his hand and can offer me a fair price. One thing I can tell about Michael, he is fair, optimistic, and certainly knows his stuff. He really cares and that makes a bIg different at the end of the day. I sold a place through Michael and hey, never come across such an organised real estates agent. Good bloke!
