Throughout Michael has been an excellent communicator, letting us know along the way how things were progressing, by phone and email. We always felt like we were in the loop. If I want to sell, I sell through a guy who sells the most in the area. If I want to buy, I buy from a guy who has many properties in his hand and can offer me a fair price. One thing I can tell about Michael, he is fair, optimistic, and certainly knows his stuff. He really cares and that makes a bIg different at the end of the day. I sold a place through Michael and hey, never come across such an organised real estates agent. Good bloke!

The whole process from meeting Trent to closing a sale was brilliant. Trent was punctual and spent all the time I needed in the initial meeting, answered all questions and gave me great advice and options to improve my chances of a quick sale. Trent informed me of every step and what was required, was always quick to reply and there was never any surprises, everything was transparent which was great; He was even able to organize trades to attend the property when I didn't have the time! The ad was put up over the Christmas and New Year period and even then, was snapped up within 3wks for a price I never thought I could get!
