Our experience with Trent was nothing but positive. He responded to our enquiry quickly, obviously knew the market and had done a lot of research into what helps sells properties that other real estate agents are now picking up and trying to follow. Along with his open and easy going but very enthusiastic manner made it an easy choice to go with him. Everything was organised and the property up for sale within the week with a home open the first weekend it was on the market. It sold that first weekend which I know wasnt just the market but Trent's sales manner. The paperwork side of things was made extremely easy and we could do online which was great as we both work long hours and away from home a lot. Trent also stepped in and went the extra mile when a day before settlement a couple of things at the house needed to be done and we couldnt get there in time to rectify it - definitely not what he needed to do at all. A big thanks to Trent - we would definitely use him again to sell any property we had and highly recommend him to others.
