Lui and team had fairly good market knowledge, communication at times left a bit to be desired with viewings of the home and with settlement dates changing as purchaser arranged finance etc left us in a awkward position. Would probably recommend Lui and team but my advice would be to look into ALL the fine print as it was not explained to our satisfaction anyway.

Lui was very pleasant to deal with. Had comprehensive knowledge of the local market and prospective buyers. After offer was accepted, he and his staff gave excellent service in helping us to dispose of excess furniture to local charity.
