I was stuck between a rock and a hard place trying to find a new rental before my old lease ran out ...I had literally days left when I rang David to explain the situation as he was my current agent . David was wonderful said they had 2 properties on their books to look at so I booked a viewing and hoped for a miracle. About 20 mins later he emailed me to say he had spoken to the owner and the owner was ready for me to move in next week , sight unseen , I was soo freaking stoked me and my teen daughter had a house in the middle of the rental crisis !!!
