David Walch , my property manager at Charlotte Peterswald , is the most hardest working , honest and fair Manager . He gets things done with no fuss ,sorts out tenant issues quickly and is able to rent properties promptly ,amongst other things . With David you simply don't have to worry as he does take care of every issue.

I was stuck between a rock and a hard place trying to find a new rental before my old lease ran out ...I had literally days left when I rang David to explain the situation as he was my current agent . David was wonderful said they had 2 properties on their books to look at so I booked a viewing and hoped for a miracle. About 20 mins later he emailed me to say he had spoken to the owner and the owner was ready for me to move in next week , sight unseen , I was soo freaking stoked me and my teen daughter had a house in the middle of the rental crisis !!! Now we are in loving the views, the location and the beautiful house ! Thank you soo much 😊😊😊😊
