Unlike other agencies, Charlotte Peterswald Property agent responded to my request instantly, checked my application straight away (even though it was Saturday), and maintained communication with me through all the negotiation and signing process. Would recommend Ruth as an agent and the agency overall to anyone in Hobart. The online lease sign was a bliss. Got my keys in 5 mins on the start lease day. All's perfect so far.

I have been a client for nearly 10 years now and have not really had any complaints at all. All the agents have worked hard to meet both needs of tenant and owner. I feel their advise regarding rental fees is always fair, communication is great and they have always found new tenants without any major gaps. I would particularly like to single out the current agent, Adam Dougherty, who has been very helpful in all regards, always timely in communication and very fair to all parties involved. Overall very happy with the services

Moving places is always a nightmare, in trying to find a place suiting all your needs and expectations. My experience with Charlotte Peterswald Property Management has been awesome given that I found a nice place with them and then moving into the new place was a cruise.
