After using another agency for 3 months with only 5 viewings we decided to ring Philip. He looked at our place and said "I'll have no trouble selling this home", it was sold 10 days later. We had multiple groups coming through our open houses. Yes his commission was more expensive than the other agency, but he did very professional looking photos, aerial shots, virtual tours and very glossy brochures. We got very close to our asking price as well. My only complaint would be that when we came closer to Settlement day, he or no one from his office rang us to let us know the procedure for key handover etc, so we took it upon ourselves to take them down to his office. Overall though, he knows what he is doing and is very good at selling homes, I would highly recommend him.
