Thank you Phil for the solid good advice regarding what small changes to our home would best suit selling our home in the current market. Some of it was harder to agree with at first but your knowledge of the market proved valuable and our home sold in 3 days before it even hit the market! This is clearly the result of how well you and your team work with your buyers making sure you understand their requirements and getting them in to see houses as quickly as possible to give them every advantage of securing the home as soon as possible.
