Philip was the consumate friendly professional throughout my contact with him. He walked around, had a good look, then sat me down and explained exactly how to prepare my house to give it the best look for sale. He then came and took the photos and film and created the sale presentation. I sent the presentation to all my friends and family, and proudly showed my work colleagues as well. It was very impressive and showed the property to great advantage. The sale price was so far above expectations it was unbelievable. I think if you have Philip in your corner you can't help but get the best support to achieve the sale you want. I would recommend him (and already have) to anyone selling their place and would use him again.
