We researched 4 agents by going to their open houses to watch how they managed the people coming to view the houses and how the houses were marketed. We were very impressed by Philip's online presentations of homes he had for sale but also watching him at his open houses showed us how professionally he dealt with all inquires. Philip offered sound advice on how best to present our home for the photo's , 3D and video that went online. His estimation of what our home would sell for was realistic and we sold in that price bracket he had presented to us. We are more than happy to recommend Philip and his team at Crafted.

We asked Philip to value our home and we were pleasantly surprised it was a little higher than we expected. His enthusiasm for the property was very catching and he assured us that it should not take long to sell. They made a very professional presentation to go on the internet with walk-throughs, still foto's and arial photography. The results speak for themselves, we had a contract on the property 4 days after it went on to the market.To top it off we received slightly more than the asking price. the marketing he and his team did was spectacular. We listed on monday, open house was on saturday but had to open on thursday due to the amount of interest. 6 offers in total by the end of the saturday open house. extremely happy seller!!
