Philip was very good to start with but took people through that did have the finance and found that very disappointing when a contract was signed and settlement when through did not hear from him again very disappointed he had another one of his associated phone me and not kept contact since after I have phoned him a few times was supposed to collect the keys to the house and have not heard from them

Because of unforeseen circumstances it took more than 2 years to finally sell our house. Non of which were due to lack of effort or anything else to do with Philips team.
