I sold two properties prior to this through two different agents. Though Craig was in the midst of negotiations with both unfortunately I did not award the sale to him. I wanted to make maximum on this sale and Craig’s fixed commission, knowledge and experience in the industry attracted me straight to him. Many said “you made a mistake, giving it to him. He’s a fixed commission agent and he will take the first offer presented”. Well, he proved all his critics wrong with my sale. Week one we got an offer and Craig told me “don’t take it, there is more money to be made, let me work in it”. He worked on it and got to where we needed it to be but he wasn’t comfortable with the buyer and we decided to not accept it. Week two he secured two other bids and worked on one until we achieved our target. So my advice to everyone out there who thinks Craig will not work hard to get you the best is “don’t believe what everyone say’s just look at the results”. His easy to work with, no wasting time and gets the job done. In my books his a legend, job well done mate.
