Amazing! Craig was nothing but terrific - honest, knowledgeable and efficient! Craig answered all of my questions and his communication was fantastic! Down to earth with a great sense of humor. My house sold in 5 days and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Craig!

There is such a thing as a honest agent
Craig's results speak for itself! I recently used Craig for the sale of my property and after dealing with other local agents selling other properties in pakenham/Cranbourne in the past there is one thing that as a vendor stood out and that was bogus market appraisals and dishonesty to secure another property listing. I can now say that after meeting Craig and using his services from day dot I was provided with a Confident/honest agent with great communication skills keeping me in the loop all the way along. He Definetly won't disappoint and will achieve great results

Craig Currie was recommended to us by family, and we are please we took their advice. A true professional
We selected Craig to represent us in selling our house based on the way he engaged with us - from the moment we met him, it was clear he was very knowledgeable, experienced and open. Throughout the process Craig kept in constant communication with us, providing us guidance and moral support. He worked hard to get us the right outcome and made sure we were always aware of where things were up to. His market knowledge was of great value to us, as it contributed directly to the very rapid sale of our property. It also helped in preparing the property for sale, as he has a great eye for detail. Additionally, by working to a fixed commission, Craig was much easier to engage than other agencies. Despite competitors attempting to discredit this approach, it worked incredibly well - Craig remained laser focused on getting us the best possible outcome. I also really appreciated the complete lack of corporate nonsense about his approach, as some agents are burdened by process and back-office systems that let them down. Not so with Craig. I would absolutely recommend using Craig, fantastic service!

So Down to earth.
A friend recommended Craig to us after they had a great experience with the process of selling their home. Craig had my trust the 1st time we spoke. There was no "salesmanship". Our property was a rental and we didn't want the tenants messed around too much. Craig listened to what I wanted and he took care of the sale with no fuss. Craig listed a few simple things that could be done to encourage the buyer to see our property in the best light, he even did a little interior rearranging for the photo shoot. One open for inspection and we were offered exactly what we wanted. Couldn't have been more easy for us or the tenant. We can't speak more highly of Craig Curry and we wont be looking anywhere else when we are ready to sell again. He's got the job. If more agents were like Craig they wouldn't have such a bad reputation.

A professional in his field, Craig is a champion
We decided to use Craig as our agent on the advice of a friend who had a great experience selling with him recently. From the moment Craig walked into our home, we felt that he was a sincere and transparent agent who was candid and upfront. You really know after a few seconds of meeting him that property is his passion and selling your property for the best price is important to him. Prior to our meeting, we had envisigned the house sale process as a high intensity nightmare however after talking with Craig and following his instructions to put our best foot forward, the entire process was unbelievably easy. He was very contactable and kept in regular communication to advise and update us with any interest on our property. We had an incredible amount of people walk through our home at our one and only 'open for inspection', with multiple offers received by the next day. Our property sold within 3 days of being on market and the offer we accepted is testament to Craig's negotiating skills. Paying Craig a flat commission rate was just icing on the cake. We would have absolutely no hesitation in using Craig Currie again as he is a genuine professional.
