MY WORST MISTAKE!!
As a first home owner, we make sure we choose the right person and I thought Craig will be a decent person to deal with and he sure was before the contracts were signed. However, I will never recommend you Craig to any of my friends or a family member after the experience I have had with you as a first home buyer. Yes Craig, you were very helpful before the contracts were signed but when I raised issues with the property at a final inspection,I was being advised by my conveyancer who you referred, that “you” told them everything is fine with the garage door and when it clearly is not and it’s my expense now to fix those issues as you advised them it’s working fine and it’s not even your house which you bought. Should you need a copy of the evidence you can ask Jo for her email she sent, stating you told them there is no problem with the garage door. All you did was get the contracts signed and rushed everything after the final inspection when I raised issues and neither of them were addressed or fixed before the settlement. I will not mention the whole experience here but I really wish I could give negative 10 stars here.

One of the BEST in the business!
I first dealt with Craig in 2013 - Craig made the whole process very smooth, and hassle free - He even took the extra step to connect me with the best broker & surveyor who I still deal with - Craig is very supportive, responsive, and flexible - A very trustworthy individual - Craig provides weekly updates, happy to discuss any changes, and will implement them immediately - I could not find any better priced agent than Craig. Highly recommended - Pleasure to do business with!
