I wish I could write here lines and lines but will stick to few of things which every buyer expect from a nice estate agent. Tries to be very nice in front of your face but behind all he is a vendors man. There are gaps in the communication with not much positive outcomes. At inspection didn't organize to have vendors stay at home to show the stuff in working order and he didn't knew much about the things to show in working order. We were looking at most of the things ourselves and he was just standing there playing on his mobile. Didn't let us know the alarm location, there were some mismatch in the advertisement too (some lights were not there). One of the item was not as it was in the original photos and didn't reply to the last query they day we moved in.
