Over a long period we visited the property we eventually bought, during which time Kevin was personally very helpful and knowledgeable about the intricacies of the house and it's acreage. Throughout the negotiations and settlement he was always available to answer questions and very quick to respond. Since we moved in Kevin has been able to help us with Trades and again is always available for advice. We have been very grateful for all his assistance. Thanks Kevin.

Deb was recommended to me, and the recommendation paid off in spades. Deb is extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She helped us every step of the way and went out of her way to make the whole process of selling my mother's house as easy and as painless as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending her as an honest and reliable real estate agent who will work hard to get the best deal for you.

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable in the market which we operated within thus being able to achieve our sale within 4 days of listing. The negotiation process was smooth and Kevin acted in our best interests from the get go. From the moment we listed to the day of settlement Kevin kept us fully informed with every step. It was a true pleasure to deal with Kevin - a genuine, honest and professional operator. We would highly recommend Kevin's services to anyone looking to sell or buy.
