Highly professional and skilled agent

Roelien Powell from Crasto Real Estate is the area manager and since she lives on Springbrook Mountain, is familiar with the area and with the idiosyncrasies of living away from council services. She understands house pumps, toilet systems and services available on the mountain. This knowledge is essential but unlike other agents with whom I have dealt with, Roelien possesses personal integrity. Her prior professional life means that Roelien understands finance and a person's personal situation. My characterisation is that she works for both the buyer and the seller.
