Jess had done a good job in finding a tenant for 12 months ( a couple with one child ) suited to the property. A property with a carport,no built in cupboards,no AC. However these will be installed shortly before Christmas by the tradesmen including side screens for part of carport and front yard gates. Great job in selection of the mant applicants,
