Brendan was great throughout the whole process in selling our house. Brendan was the agent when we bought the property in 2012 and in 2018 we did not hesitate to get back in touch with him to sell the property again. Communication and honesty was the most important thing to us during this potentially stressful process and we definitely received that from start to finish which in turn created a stress and worry free time for me and my family. Brendan also did not stop at selling our property but also gave us feedback on listings with other Creer agents and was happy to assist us in finding our new home. Working with Brendan and his team to sell our house was a great decision, due to their honesty, market knowledge and their constant communication from start to finish. They were flexible and understanding with scheduling open houses (due to a young family) and also did their best to accomodate all potential buyers with extra open houses outside the scheduled showings. A job well done.
