We wanted the right tenant. That was important as we just spent 3 months refurbishing the place, new paint throughout polished the floorboards, built-in wardrobes, new kitchen and shower.. the list goes on. So we could have accepted the first application. But with the help of Bronte, our Property Manager who was discerning about who would be best for us, we waited for the best applicant. Bronte was always available, even on her days off. There were a few issues along the way, and these were acknowledged and Dayle and Bronte offered us assistance which was gratefully appreciated. There is only one issue that I think needs rectifying and that is the way the open homes are organised. They aren’t advertised ahead of time like other real estates. No dates for open homes are shown on their website or Domain. They are done too ‘last minute’. But can’t fault our Property Manager Bronte Baker she is always pleasant to deal with.
