Knowledgable and Prompt
I have rented through Creer and recently appointed them as a Property Manager. During my time as a tenant Creer provided me with great service so I looked to them when I needed a Property Manager. Both Luke and Dayle have great local market knowledge are prompt to respond and secured a tenant quickly. I feel comfortable leaving my investment in their hands.

Professional in all aspects.
Handled the departure of my long-term tenant well. Upon inspection we identified some things to be done prior to re-letting. These were promptly organised. Advised on current market rents when we moved to advertise. Following advertisement, reported back on tenants who inspected the unit. Involved me when it came time to select a tenant. They had followed up all references so we were in an excellent position to make a decision. Highly recommended as a very professional group.

20 Yr Owner Finds Tenant in 4 days
Because Creer advised on rental price and presentation of property Because Creer enacted promptly with keys, repairs, photos, advertising, etc Because Creer personalised the service with property viewings Because Creer checked references and job position of the final tenant After owning the property for 20 years, Creer in 4 days delivered a new client and so I am super appreciative and excited that it was executed so smoothly.
