We are Peter Duguid & Natalie Beard. Together we own and operate Crest Residential real estate.
Peter has been in the real estate industry since 2000. He owned and was a partner in well-known franchised agencies between 2006 and 2010.
Natalie has a background in office administration and bookkeeping. She came to the real estate industry in 2008 and was headhunted by a well-known agency to “clean up” the accounts.
Having both worked in and owned franchised agencies it became clear to us that there had to be a better and more effective way to serve our clients. In 2010 Natalie resigned from her position, Peter sold his shares in his agency and together we established Crest Residential.
We are now focused on providing an exceptional level of service through personally managing all client transactions, good systems, continuous training and most of all, a guarantee that the client will always talk directly with the owners of the business.

You will not see huge numbers of our sales and rental listings throughout the press. That’s not why we opened Crest Residential. We focus on a limited number of clients that we know we can provide the best possible service for. In a nutshell: We aspire to continue with our success by providing a quality service rather than rely on weight of numbers at the expense of that service.
