I was looking for a property in Rye and went to a home open that Sam had. Whilst that property wasn't what I was looking for, Sam took the time to actually talk to me (seems basic, but other agents didn't) and suggested other houses that might be better suited. I subsequently bought one of the ones recommended that Narelle at Crowders had open the following week. The follow up from Sam and Narelle was great, and made buying the property easier. We look forward to spending time at our new house in Rye soon.

Sam understood the market very very well, he gave us a ball park price and it was exactly where we thought it would be before we even began dealing with Sam. The marketing campaign was great, the process was seamless, Narelle was fantastic to deal with, she is a very good communicator. We thought the feedback from the inspections was second to none, we not only knew how many people were attending but we knew who was attending. We auctioned our house and there were 3 bidders, but we had this knowledge before the auction, so it was quite pleasant and honest dealings. Very Happy.
