From the onset of making a decision to sell our beautiful home we have looked around for an agent . After getting in touch with several agents in our area we decided to go with Sam Crowder . Sam seemed well credentialed within our area , we liked the look of his office and the way properties were presented . After meeting Sam and Marta we knew we were in good hands , we were reassured about every aspect of our sale . Detail and professionalism are the key words that describe Sam , everything seem easy and we got the result we were aiming for . We would highly recommend Crowders Real Estate for any future selling or buying , the staff were outstanding with their communication and diligence for detail .

Sam and Marta did a wonderful job selling our property. Throughout the whole process from photos, videos and open houses to negotiating the sale they were totally professional and very enthusiastic. Their valuation of the property was spot on and they achieved a very fair sale price for us within just a few days. We would not hesitate to work with them again if we were buying or selling property in the area.

Sam & the team at Crowder’s were fantastic & helped us to achieve a great sales price in a short amount of time. We sold during lockdown which at times was quite difficult, but Crowders really went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible. They were in constant communication with us & nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Crowder’s for their professionalism & friendliness.

Sam and Narelle, (Mr and Mrs Chowder) went above and beyond helping us with the sale of our home, anytime we called them with a query they were available, made us feel part of their family and would highly recommend to all family and friends, 😀😀😀
