In my opinion, we made the best choice in appointing Sam as our agent to sell our property. Sam is extremely knowledgeable in regard to the Mornington Peninsula market. His welcome advice and mentorship enabled us to get a very good outcome for our sale. His backup from the office with Narelle also made our dealing with this Company an extreme pleasure. I would highly recommend Sam and Narelle to anyone on the Peninsula who is in need of a brilliant agent.

Sam's understanding of the market was outstanding, and his manner was sincere and supportive. His handling of our property was exemplary, proven by the fact that we sold within one week of the first open for inspection. Marta ably assisted in this sale and was also excellent with her communication, stepping us through the process and keeping us informed at all times. There was one person we could rely on to remain objective, flexible and personable as Greater Melbourne was grappling with seemingly endless lockdowns and unprecedented restrictions. We chose Sam Crowder to sell our Tootgarook home because he is a sincere and accessible local with whom we could have an engaging conversation. Within a few minutes of our first conversation about listing our home we felt at ease as though we were talking with a friend with a genuine and caring nature. Sam’s ability to provide a realistic sale figure is borne from a sound local knowledge of Peninsula seaside lifestyle properties. We achieved a satisfying figure within a few days of marketing during a turbulent and uncertain time (Greater Melbourne lockdown No.6). Narelle Crowder’s attention to detail in ensuring our home was well presented was invaluable. Sam maintained a seamless and professional relationship while negotiating between buyer and seller. What enabled Sam to stand out was his genuine concern for our personal circumstances. Crowders Real Estate is a locally owned and operated family business providing open and transparent service. We highly recommend Sam Crowder and his team.

The result was great and quick. Selling your house is a big change and it can be quite nerve wracking, especially during Covid. Sam is the nicest man and he really knows what he’s doing. He works for You and listens to what you say, plus he fills you with confidence. This is my seventh Property sale and by far the best, quickest and most efficient.
