Crowders are professionals and know the local market extremely well.
We implemented a rigorous process for selecting an agent that could achieve a superior result.A short field were invited to provide a presentation before interview. Crowders Real Estate provided a comprehensive presentation with facts needed to make an informed decision.We were impressed with the selling methodology to maximise the outcome.The final sale price was better than expected due to Crowders selling process. Crowders are professionals and know the local market extremely well.

Sam, You Were Our Man
Your assistance in preparing the home and expertise throughout the marketing campaign was second to none! When it came to finalising offers, you held our hand through out this process and our end result was above and beyond our "dream figure". We simply could not have asked more from you and could not have done it without you. We wasted our time speaking with other agents before you and I am telling other's not to WASTE THEIR TIME, USE SAM - he can be your man TOO!

Professionalism, Dedication & Enthusiasm
Within 3 weeks of making initial contact with Sam we had signed up with Crowders Real Estate, all the advertising done, had 3 open for inspections and SOLD at a great price. Couldn't have done a better job in selling our home
My wife and myself would recommend Crowders real-estate state to anyone.We have sold houses on the peninsula before and could not have had a better experience . From the start Sam and Nerral and Marnie were very honest and helpfull and couldn't have done a better job in selling our home.
