This is the first house I have sold, so bare with me here. I was bombarded with agents requesting to sell my property after listing it on ‘findandagent.com.au’ So I got to see and meet a lot of agents in a very short period of time. This opened my eyes very early on and showcased the fact that not all agents are the same nor are they equal. I could not believe how unprofessional and over the top some agents are. Unable to adapt to the demographic they were hoping to appeal to, and unable to pry themselves away from their poorly written script like response’s. To have Sam and Marne walk in via a recommendation rather than the “noise” I had previously dealt with due to that horrible web page, was a breath of fresh air and a complete relief. They made everything easy, straight forward and had no smoke or mirrors. They are easy to talk to and are unbelievably prompt with responses. Even when they are under the pump. Can not recommend Crowders real estate higher. I have had 4 other close friends sell through them, and every single one has had a huge result. Thank you guys.
