Great agent who listened to us and gave good advice.

We chose Janice Gribben to sell our property at Peninsula Gardens recently. The Retirement Village has some unique eccentricities which Janice is aware of and expert in dealing with. Some agents who sell in the Village have not shown the same ability. Janice took the time to understand what we wanted. She also clearly made us aware of what she could do for us. We all felt very comfortable with one another. She has a cheerful personality. She and her staff are very efficient. Her pricing advice was spot-on, and she kept us informed right through the process. Janice achieved a sale for us without drama. We were very happy with her work and can recommend her without any reservation.
