Enthusiastic and committed agent
Janice has been a committed and cheerful agent, who's also been very communicative and helpful in every way, keeping us in touch regularly with every visit from potential buyers, although her accent can be a challenge at times. She might have overstated the potential selling price at the beginning, but she eventually found us a reasonable offer nonetheless albeit lower than what we hoped for. We found her commission to be very competitive against all other sellers, and her office location very convenient. We recommend her to any seller seeking an agent to represent them.

Man of his word
In this day and age it can be hard to find someone who does what they say. Ian is one of those people. Answers any messages quickly, calls back, follow through on requests quickly and efficiently. I had the pleasure of buying a property from Ian and found him very helpful friendly and does what he say he will. Nothing was any trouble for him. Highly recommend Ian as an agent whether buying or selling. One of the better ones on the Redcliffe Peninsula.
