As we were buying a new build home still under construction we were a bit nervous in the current market. Ian patiently walked us through the whole process and put our minds at ease. Even after signing the contract he has been extremely helpful in getting access to and showing us around the house as it's being built. And his local knowledge has been great for us as newcomers to the area. His friendly and welcoming attitude makes him a pleasure to deal with.
