Local Knowledge a must
Janice was easy to follow (once you overcame the broad Scots accent) and explained the process and provided excellent feedback. Her great strength is in her knowledge of the procedures in place when selling a freehold retirement villa linked to a body corporate's particularities. She displayed excellent communication skills and personality. I would strongly recommend her to my friends.
