Janice is the ultimate professional. She is warm and inviting and easy to converse with. I have dealt with quite a few agents over the years and Janice would rate in the top two. I am new to the retirement village scene and she thoroughly explained the set up of the contract and differences in the retirement village I looked into compared to other title structures in other villages. She also explained the different cooling off periods and what to expect from the village community and committee structures. She is well know to the community there and she was greeted by other residents with smiles and easy conversation.
