Once again Janice has proved to be a First Rate Agent as well as a valued Friend. The sale of our Villa at Peninsula Park went smoothly with no hold ups as can happen with these sales if the Agent is unaware of all the rules and regulations that apply to sale of Freehold Villas in a Retirement Estate.
