Ian was amazing, we sold our house long distance and Ian made everything so easy. Price was spot on, service was fantastic, rung him up on the Tuesday and he went out to evaluate the house the same day. Wednesday we got our sellers agreement, signed and sent back. Thursday photographer went out and took pictures, open house advertised for the Saturday. Saturday afternoon people wanted to come back and re look at the house and the house was sold.
