Ian's team did a great job helping me with what was a relatively challenging settlement (bank running late, previous tenant not moving out in time, etc) .. they were always friendly, helpful and even providing me with labour to assemble my furniture due to the tight timetable on moving in day .. in every way they bent over backwards to make the transition as smooth as possible. Special thanks to Matt Burton and Jody McLachlan for all their help (and to Jack, Jack, and Tyson for the furniture help, couldn't have done it without you!)

He took his time to show and tell us everything about the property. There was no rush to run in and out of the house. We were both previously real estate agents and have bought and sold properties for many years, both overseas and here in Australia. So we were very familiar with the techniques of selling and completing the deal. We will certainly consider Ian in the future should we buy or sell another property. We would also be happy to refer friends and relatives to him!

We could not reccommend Matt Burton more, he was just the perfect professional from start to finish of the sale of our property, especially through the difficult Covid times of 2020, when everything went pear shaped for everyone across the country. Matt just persevered through the quiet times and remained positive of getting us a sale, He communicates as soon after open homes and private inspections as soon as he is able. All in all just a pleasure to deal with, we go as far to say that Matt has been the best real estate person that we have experienced over the years we have been involved in both purchasing and selling.
