I couldn’t recommend Janice highly enough when it comes to knowledge about the many rules and regulations involved in Retirement Village real estate. She is wonderful to work with, always professional presents herself beautifully and has a great sense of humour. I did compare the market with several other real estate agents but found them to be unsure of current prices although they claim many years of experience.
