I put my home on the market with Janice and it was sold within a few days at what I had hoped (and that was over Easter). I found her to be credible, reliable and totally trustworthy. I have never once had difficulty communicating with her, even on Public Holidays. I would say she goes out on a limb for her clients and would recommend her to anyone considering selling their home.
