He was always accessible and nothing was ever too much trouble
Chris Sheen sold us our house. Chris was not trying to push an overblown and ridiculous price for a house, that was NOT going to attract any buyers. He provided a great deal of extra information about the house, e.g., rates and water bills. He was always accessible and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend Chris Sheen if you want a real estate agent who will do his very best for you.

Helpful and Professional
After many months of searching to buy an established house at Redcliffe we found a home under construction in an area we liked that had Crown Properties listed as the selling agent. We got in contact with Ian and inquired about the property. Ian was excellent in providing us with the details of the property, including price and specifications. He arranged for us to meet with the builder and himself to inspect the building site which was most helpful as we had questions for the builder about the house that the builder could provide us with immediate answers to. The property is due to be settled in the next couple of months. We have found Ian to be friendly, helpful, honest and flexible in our interactions with him. Ian has a genuine willingness to help you with any questions or concerns and if he doesn't have an answer will take the time to find out. We found this refreshing in this red hot property market where many agents tend to be less customer centric and more motivated in making a quick sale.

HAPPY SELLER
Professional photos of my property taken on a Wednesday. Listed Thursday and Ian had an open house on the Saturday. Had 36 inspections with 9 contract offers. Sold on the Monday morning when the offers were presented to me. The sale was completed within 5 days. I have never had a sale go so good and trouble free. Ian McLachlan and his staff were the ultimate professionals and left me as one very happy seller. Best real estate agency I have ever experienced. Thank you.

A Stress-Free Buying Experience.
