I had, like so many others, been struggling securing a rental for myself and my children for many months during the rental crisis. I had one unsuccessful application after another. I was at my wits end. Emerence and Cassandra were the only agents that I had encountered who actually took the time to hear my story. Their empathy and compassion was genuine and they actually treated me like a human being! Emerence is an absolute Godsend. She really went above and beyond to ensure my children had a home again. They are all such beautiful, wonderful people who make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in to the office at Riverlink. Oh and such a stunning office as well. Thank you so very much Crowne Real Estate Ipswich!

We've got Cassandra as our property manager. As this is our first experience renting out our property she's been amazing with answer our questions and communicating every step of the way. 10/10. Highly recommend this agency and Cassandra.

Cassandra was the perfect agent for us to use to put our house on the rental market. She was able to have a signed lease agreement within a week of putting it on the market, she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and had great communication. We are happy to leave the property to be managed by Cassandra as we know it will be in great hands. 100% recommend.

I'm in NSW and I've just listed my Ipswich investment property with Cassandra - she had it leased after one inspection, to quality tenants paying asking price. Cassandra has replied to every phone call, sms and email immediately and has attended to everything with amazing speed. So far, I am thrilled to have chosen Cassandra and Crowne to look after my property, especially as I'm interstate and rely on her to really care for my investment.
