Cassandra was meticulous and professional in her dealings from day one. She is committed to getting the best outcome and communicates clearly and often. As someone owing their first investment property it was a great relief to have things so clearly laid out. Thank you!

We have just moved our Investment Property to Crowne Realestate Ipswich, from another agent. From the first point of contact - Cassandra Jeffs, we could not be happier. Unfortunately our property came to them, not in perfect condition and due to us being in another state and Covid restrictions we were unable to attend to the property ourselves. Cassandra was 100% attentive to our properties needs and with the feedback to us. The maintenance issues were taken care of as a priority and a new tenant is just about to move in tomorrow. We are looking forward to having our investment managed by Crowne Realestate and we (my husband and I) have discussed what a positive experience it has been so far, A great decision by us to change Managing agencies, and Cassandra is a great reflection on the Agency.

After dealing with a few unsatisfactory agencies I was finally recommended to Crowne and I’m very happy with the service I am always informed of what’s going on even when it’s business as usual. My statements are always on time and they have gone to great lengths to get in touch with me when needed. When my property was first listed with Crowne I was provided with excellent photographs of the house. I am never overcharged or given a ridiculous figure for the maintenance I have requested on the property and am always provided with quotes and invoices. If you’re looking to make your rental property stand out I would highly recommend Crowne Real Estate

Crowne manages our rental property in Wynnum, and we have been very happy with the service. We receive our rental payments on time and everything else to do with the property is just the way we like it - touchless!

Crown real-estate and Cassandra Jeffs are by far the best Real-estate I have had the please to deal with. From walking into their office and receiving a friendly greeting and assistance, all the way to getting my property rented in under a week from advertising. The whole process was seamless, Cassandra kept me well informed and conducted a thorough background check of tenants. I'm very happy with everything and can highly recommend Crown Real-estate.
